Leadership

Good leadership begins with
self-leadership.

Leadership development for clear and effective leadership – also under new conditions.

How I work

Leadership is changing. Hybrid collaboration, digitalisation and AI, new expectations from employees and evolving organisations also change what is asked of leaders. What does that mean for your own role? How do I provide orientation when much is in motion? And where is leadership needed – and where more personal responsibility?

In my leadership trainings and development programmes I connect these current questions with the fundamentals of good leadership. Because amid all change one thing remains: good leadership begins with self-leadership. Those who know their own values, patterns and impact can lead more consciously, provide orientation and strengthen others in their responsibility.

There is no single “right” leadership style. Leadership always takes place in context – in the interplay of leader, employees, team and organisation.

My formats offer a safe space for learning, experimenting and reflection – always with an eye on transfer into everyday leadership. Where it fits, I also use AI and digital formats – not as an end in itself, but as a meaningful extension of learning.

In addition, I accompany leaders and leadership teams as a sparring partner: with questions, honest feedback and impulses from my own leadership and training practice.

How do we work together?

At the start we clarify: where do your leaders stand today? What is on their mind – and which demands are coming towards them and your organisation?

From there we develop the right format: from a single training to a longer-term leadership development programme.

The format follows the goal – not the other way round.

Rethinking leadership – together with you

Tell me where your leaders currently stand. We will see which format really fits.
