Coaching
Step out briefly,
move on more clearly.
Strengthening people and fostering (self-)leadership.
How I work
For me, coaching is an invitation to step out of everyday life for a moment, sort your thoughts and look at your own situation with some distance: what is on my mind? Where am I stuck? And what would be a good next step?
As a systemic coach I accompany people with professional and personal questions, decisions and in phases of reorientation. It is not about finding the one right solution – but one that fits you and your situation.
Much of what you need for this is usually already there – even if access to it is missing right now. Together we look at strengths, resources and patterns: what helps? What gets in the way? I bring the outside perspective, ask questions, give honest feedback and share impulses from my practice where they are useful.
The body may have its say, too. Because sometimes the head has no answer yet – and still we sense quite clearly what fits and what does not.
The goal is to see new possibilities and to find a next step that is coherent and feasible for you.
Possible coaching topics
- Seeing professional or private decisions more clearly
- Understanding ambivalences and different inner voices better
- Recognising unhelpful patterns and trying out new possibilities
- Strengthening self-confidence, composure and self-efficacy
- Finding your own way and gaining confidence in a new leadership role
How does coaching work?
We start with a free, no-obligation introductory conversation. We talk about your topic – and see whether the chemistry is right.
After that, sessions of 60 or 90 minutes are possible – online or in person. We clarify what it is really about, what you want to achieve and which next steps make sense. Between sessions there is time to try things out and put them into practice.
My goal: you leave coaching with more clarity and a concrete next step.

In a first conversation we find out what it is really about and whether we would like to work together.
